Wire Rope Dead End Safety

Proudly made and distributed by Tatnuck Alley Manufacturing in Worcester Massachusetts.

OUR STORY

Hi, I'm Thomas. I’ve been a crane mechanic for fifteen years and got the idea for the Ropinator after seeing many companies using cranes for tree removal having problems with their dead ends. I like to solve problems by making tools to fix them. After a trial and error period the Ropinator was born. Now 3D printed out of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the Ropinator has been proven to be a tough tool to protect a crane's dead end from getting caught or damaged by tree branches or wires. Buy purchasing The Ropinator, you're supporting a small business directly. Thank you so much for checking out the Ropinator!

HOW TO CUT WIRE ROPE

Cut wire rope with a 4 1/2" grinder with a cutting wheel. There are a few different ways to seize and cut wire rope but this video displays our preferred method. Be sure to use the proper safety protection for your eyes, face, and ears. Lastly, don't forget to cover your wire rope end with The Ropinator!
